Celebrating Legacy: 1925 ITC Centennial Award Ceremony Highlights Excellence and Service

We rounded off the centennial year with a memorable award ceremony held on 25th March, 2026, celebrating excellence, commitment, and long-standing contributions to the growth of the Club.

The event featured the presentation of Honorary Membership Awards of 1925 ITC to distinguished external recipients whose impact and support have been deeply felt.

This year’s honorees includes;

  • Mogaji Abiodun Adeyemi,
  • Chief Hamid El Sabagh, and
  • Mr Moussaka Shahimi.

Their recognition reflects the Club’s appreciation for individuals beyond its immediate membership who have contributed meaningfully to its legacy and progress.

The ceremony also highlighted a wide range of Internal Awards, spanning across different tiers of the Club’s structure. These included members of the Board of TrusteesPast Presidents who have continued to offer active support to the leadership of Dr Oladipupo Sule, sectional captains, and the Trail Blazer Team since inception. These awards celebrated both collective and individual efforts that have driven the steady growth and stability of the Club over the years.

The highest recognition of the evening was the Centennial Grand Order Merit Award, presented by the Dr. Oladipupo Sule-led administration. This prestigious honour was bestowed upon the Centennial Committee Chairman, Aremo John Foluso Adeleke, in recognition of his exceptional leadership and dedication in steering the centennial celebrations to success.

The ceremony stood as a powerful reminder of unity, service, and continuity honouring the past while strengthening the foundation for the future of the Club.
